Over the years, we've expanded into office, medical, and industrial cleaning, partnering with some of the biggest local companies.
We've cleaned everything from small dentist offices to massive scientific world headquarters and even federal buildings that require FBI vetting. In the medical world, we're trusted by places like Lee Health, handling compliance with bloodborne pathogens and sterilization protocols.
For industrial spaces, we tackle warehouse floors with heavy-duty scrubbers and degreasers. And offices?
We keep lobbies pristine, restrooms spotless, and high-traffic areas maintained – no overflowing trash or dirty floors on our watch.

New team members learn our color-coded systems for rags and cleaners, disinfection techniques, and specialized skills for medical and industrial environments. We cover company values like compassion and transparency in English and Spanish, with videos and hands-on sessions.
It's ongoing education, so our cleaners are always elevating their game.
Whether it's handling hazardous waste in an operating room or power washing algae off exterior concrete, our folks are prepared. We even attend the ISSA cleaning show annually to stay ahead of industry standards.
Consistency over time – that's our mantra.
I've heard it from so many clients: their previous cleaners were hit-or-miss. Not us. We set custom rhythms based on your needs – daily for high-traffic spots, weekly for others – and adjust as we go.

We live it. Call us at 239-936-7700, and a real people answer the phone – only if we're on a call will you receive voicemail here. Even then, we'll call you back promptly!
We respond to inquiries within hours, do site visits same-day if possible, and turn around proposals in 2-3 days.
Need to start Monday?
We'll make it happen, even if it means reshuffling schedules. I've been out there myself with owner Dave, mopping a country club at 7 a.m. after a no-show or deep-cleaning a federal office floor on the spot.
